I’D LIKE TO EXPRESS MY APPRECIATION FOR AN EXCELLENT ROOFING JOB COMPLETED IN SEPTEMBER 2003. MY DAUGHTER (ON PARK PLACE IN PALATINE) AS A RESULT ALSO HAD HER ROOF DONE AND IS EQUALLY PLEASED.
RECENTLY WE HAD OUR FIRST REALLY HARD RAINSTORM OF THIS SUMMER AND I HAPPENED TO BE ON MY PORCH AND NOTICED A LEAK IN ONE OF THE SKYLIGHTS. FROM THE MARKINGS IT HAD EVIDENTLY LEAKED BEFORE.
WHEN I CALLED YOU IMMEDIATELY RESPONDED IN A FEW DAYS. AND IN SHORT ORDER YOU FIXED THE SKYLIGHT (WASN’T THE ROOFING JOB) WITH SOME SEALING COMPOUND AND A CREW OF TWO BESIDES YOURSELF. AND YOU WOULD NOT CHARGE US.

I would just like to let you know what a pleasure it was working with you. When we were having problems picking out our color, Rob never hesitated to bring us out some samples. Once signing the contract, you called the next day to let us know the schedule date. The day of the job was also a pleasure. John Wentz Sr. was on the job site answering any questions we had.
